Terms of Service
Effective September 29, 2026. These terms cover Conduit, a one-connector marketplace for AI agents built by Pipavia (curation policy pending).
The service
Conduit provides managed, hosted MCP connectors that AI agents call within owner-set budgets and policies. The first connector, Filings & Fundamentals, serves U.S. SEC EDGAR data — filings, fundamentals, business segments, peer comparisons, and insider transactions — refreshed within 48 hours of EDGAR publication.
API keys
- Keys are issued per customer (currently through the waitlist).
- Keep your keys secret. You are responsible for all calls made with them.
- Quotas are enforced per key: exceeding them returns an error until the window resets.
Plans
- Free — $0, 100 calls per day.
- Pro — $58 USD per month, 100,000 calls per month.
- Team — $198 USD per month, 1,000,000 calls per month.
Paid tiers are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles tax, invoicing, dunning, and refunds. Paid checkout is live.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the service, resell API access without an agreement, or circumvent quotas and spending policies.
- Do not use Conduit to break the law or to misrepresent the data it serves.
- EDGAR filings are public records; republishing bulk data may carry obligations under SEC terms — that is on you.
No financial advice
Conduit serves factual public-record data. It is not investment advice, and it never issues buy or sell recommendations. Decisions remain yours — and your agent owner's.
Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis during early access; we target the freshness stated above but offer no uptime SLA yet.
Intellectual property
Open-core: connectors and documentation are Apache-2.0. See the repository for license texts.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke keys for abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; paid subscriptions can be cancelled through Paddle at any time, with no charge for future periods.
Changes
We may update these terms and will date every revision; material changes will be noted in the changelog. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
