Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026; last revised October 14, 2026. Pipavia builds Conduit — a one-connector marketplace for AI agents (curation policy pending).

What we collect

• API usage metadata. When your agent calls a Conduit connector we record operational data — timestamp, endpoint, a hash of your API key, and quota counters — to enforce quotas, prevent abuse, and keep an audit trail. We do not log the contents of your prompts beyond what is needed to serve the request.
• Lead and waitlist forms. If you request a connector, join the waitlist, contact enterprise sales, or subscribe to product updates, we store the email address (and any message) you provide, and use it only for that request.
• Payments. Payments for paid tiers are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and payment credentials go to Stripe — never to us.
• Fonts. This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so when a page loads, your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch the font files. Google Fonts sets no cookies, and we receive no data back from the font service.
• Public filings data. The Filings & Fundamentals connector serves U.S. SEC EDGAR public filings — company data, not personal data.

What we never do

• No advertising. Conduit carries zero ads, and we run no ad trackers on this site.
• No sale of personal data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with data brokers or advertisers — this is a founding principle, not a marketing line.

Cookies

We set no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the API, may set short-lived security cookies to protect against abuse.

Retention

• Metering counters live for their quota window (daily for free keys, monthly for paid tiers), then roll over.
• Lead and waitlist emails are kept until your request is fulfilled or you ask us to delete them.
• Billing records are kept as required by tax law, via Stripe.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, or for us to delete it, at [email protected]. We will answer within 30 days.

Changes

We will date every revision of this policy. Material changes will also be noted in the changelog.
